About the Micro Flex NFC (FPC)
Standard NFC inlays are flat and rigid, which makes them unsuitable for curved surfaces or extremely tight, thin spaces inside electronics housings. These FPC (flexible printed circuit) tags use a bendable polyimide substrate, so they can conform to curved product bodies or slot into thin device cavities where a rigid tag would crack or simply not fit. They're available in five compact size variants to match different design constraints.

Common Use Cases
Frequently Asked Questions
What bend radius can this handle?
The polyimide FPC substrate tolerates tight curves typical of small consumer product bodies — exact bend radius depends on the size variant; ask us for the datasheet for your chosen size.
Which size variant should I choose?
It depends on your available mounting space — we offer 5×5mm, 4×10mm, 6×15mm, φ8mm, and φ10mm. Message us on WhatsApp with your space constraints and we'll recommend one.
Is this suitable for high-volume OEM orders?
Yes, this is our go-to product for manufacturers integrating NFC into their own product design — bulk pricing and custom sizing are available on request.
Does bending affect the antenna performance?
The flex circuit is designed to maintain antenna integrity under normal product-integration bending; avoid sharp creases beyond the rated bend radius.
