At ntagz, we deal extensively in wholesale commercial electronic components, microcircuits, raw tracking hardware, and specific bulk allocations. Due to the high logistics cost of freight management and the nature of sensitive silicon chip storage, all confirmed and processed sales are final.

The "Wrong Product Delivered" Exception

A fulfillment correction sequence will only trigger if the inventory arriving at your facility physically contradicts the descriptive attributes specified on your generated receipt (e.g., ordering an NTAG216 high-memory card variant but receiving an NTAG215 coin tag variant instead).

In such verified cases, ntagz will arrange a reverse-pickup run entirely at our expense and deliver your correct stock immediately. The wrong item must remain completely clean, unprogrammed, and intact within its original package count.

Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To safely shield our dispatch logs against counterfeit returns or claims of external tampering, buyers must record a continuous, unedited unboxing video starting from the raw, unbroken outer shipping seal until the entire product layout is unpacked and counted.

Failure to provide a verifiable unboxing clip within 24 hours of tracking delivery status automatically nullifies any wrong-product exchange claims, with no liability falling on the seller.

By interacting with our dynamic calculator tools, executing transactions via our UPI portals, or finalizing wholesale orders via our WhatsApp corporate desks, you explicitly agree that all commercial agreements are formed, managed, and executed under the state guidelines of Maharashtra.
