1. Who we are

2. What we collect and why

We collect only what we need to process orders, communicate with you and run the shop:

• Contact details: name, email address and phone number, to identify you, send order and shipping messages, and answer enquiries.
• Delivery addresses: including international addresses and postal codes, to deliver and to prepare accurate shipping quotations.
• Company and tax information (optional or where applicable): company name and a tax or GST identification number, for invoices and import or tax documentation.
• Order and payment status: what you ordered, quotation and acceptance records, amounts, payment status and provider transaction identifiers, and refund records. We do not see or store full card numbers or security codes.
• Shipping and tracking details: carrier, tracking numbers and delivery events.
• Support communications: your enquiries, emails and WhatsApp messages and our replies.
• Fraud prevention and transaction verification data: for example a one-way hash of your network address to limit abusive submissions, and payment-provider verification results.
• Account and sign-in data if you sign in by email code, and basic website usage data where you allow analytics.

3. How we use it

To take, price, quote, produce, ship and support your order; to take and verify payments; to send transactional emails about your order; to keep records we are required to keep for tax and accounting; to prevent fraud and abuse; and to improve the website. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Who we share it with

Only where necessary and lawful: payment providers and banks (to take and verify payments), carriers and couriers (to deliver, including your name, address and phone number), customs and tax authorities (where a shipment or law requires it), email and hosting providers that run our systems, and professional advisers. These providers act on our behalf or independently under their own terms. Your information may therefore be processed in countries other than yours, including India and countries where our providers operate.

5. How long we keep it

We keep personal data for as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal, tax, accounting and dispute-resolution requirements, and then delete or anonymise it. Enquiries that do not lead to an order are kept for a limited period for follow-up. Please ask us if you want specific details.

6. Security

We use access controls, encrypted connections, separate payment providers and audit logs, and we restrict staff access to what they need. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you we will act as the law requires.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict some uses, to withdraw consent where we rely on it, and to complain to a regulator. Email [email protected] and we will respond as the applicable law requires. We may need to keep some records (for example invoices) even after a deletion request. This policy does not claim certification or compliance with any particular law or scheme.

8. Keeping collection to a minimum

International checkout asks only for the details needed to deliver, quote, invoice and contact you. Company and tax fields are optional unless your order needs them. Please do not send us information we have not asked for.

We use essential storage to keep your cart and sign-in working, and, where you allow it, analytics to understand how the site is used. You can change your analytics choice from the link in the page footer.
